Chicken Malai Boti Recipe
Ingredients For 1st Marination
Chicken boneless – ½ kg (cut in cubes)
Salt – to taste
Vinegar – 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Apply all above ingredients on chicken and leave for 1 hour.

Ingredients for 2nd marination:
Cheese cream – 2 tbsp
Yogurt – 3 tbsp (drained)
Corn flour – 2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Saffron – 1 pinch
Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Egg – ½
Fresh coriander chopped – 1 tbsp

Method
After the 1st marination has been done, then apply the 2nd marination and leave for at least 4 hours or overnight. Then skew on skewers and bake in preheated oven on 250 degree for 8 minutes on each side, or BBQ or cook in pan then give charcoal smoke.
